Description: This piece was done about a week before the start of the Tour de France when we were still in the dark about how doable the project even was. We had no idea what memorable moments would happen and if we could translate them into an interesting image.

So, we just took the main wood type we had made for the project and set 'colophon.' Hmmm. The two Os are like bike tires. Rotate the L and you essentially have a hunched over bike rider. Which letters do you make solid and which outlined?

Honestly, it was as simple as that sounds.

Each of the portfolios are numbered using our Clarendon Heavy Outlined wood type from A - Z with an AP1, AP2, and AP3 (artist proof copies), if we have that many prints in the end.
